<p>Watching the new video promoting the 2nd Generation Intel® Core™ i5 processor on my Macbook Pro with the 1st generation i7 processor was not at all as exciting as the creative content of the video itself. </p>
<p>This video, created by independent San Francisco ad agency <a href="http://www.venablesbell.com/" target=blank>Venables Bell &#038; Partners</a> and directed by award-winning Smith &#038; Foulkes, is nothing short of amazing. </p>
<p>Remember why <a href="http://www.okgo.net/" target=blank>OK GO</a> made it big? Know why the <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uLTIowBF0kE" target=blank>Old Spice Guy</a> was so famous? It&#8217;s because those videos had one thing in common: a very memorable surprise at every turn. Youtube didn&#8217;t make those videos viral, the video content did. Don&#8217;t forget that. Now, take the creative OOMPH and meticulous choreography of those videos and couple it with fantastic story telling (a storyline that makes you care about and believe in characters embodied within the 90+ second spot) and you&#8217;ve got yourself one hell of a chase scene.</p>
<p>Not only do the &#8220;Bad Guys&#8221; chase her through Prague, they also chase her through iTunes, Youtube, Google Earth, Flickr, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, super nintendo-style video games&#8230;&#8230;just to name a few.</p>
<p>Next time you think about making a commercial for TV or simply for online consumption, remember this video and the way you react to it. </p>
